Once a Lithuanian church hall overlooking Victoria Park, this expansive residence had been transformed into a five-bedroom, eight-bathroom home, and its new owners imagined something more personal, more intentional. We stripped the scheme back to its essence, crafting a calm, pared-back environment shaped around family living and elegant ease. Spaces were reconfigured, every one of the eight bathrooms thoughtfully redesigned, and a sauna and wet room added to elevate the gym into a private wellness retreat.
The ground floor, once entirely open, now unfolds as three distinct yet connected zones, each tailored to a different rhythm of daily life. The kitchen and dining area opens to the courtyard garden through full-width bronze doors, creating a gentle connection between inside and out. A relaxed family room wraps around a sculptural marble fireplace, anchored by a custom sofa made for gathering. For evenings of hosting, a formal salon sits poised, complete with a pink onyx bar, bespoke bronze detailing and plush mohair barstools that offer a tactile richness.
Above, a dedicated cinema offers a fully immersive experience, with stepped seating, a custom bar and high-performance AV, a space made for lingering and for the luxury of time spent together.
