This former Lithuanian church hall overlooking Victoria Park had previously been converted into a 5 bedroom, 8 bathroom residential property but the new owner’s were keen to renovate it to suit their own style and family needs. The design was stripped back to create a fresh, pared-back scheme encompassing layouts more suited to our clients’ requirement. We reconfigured all 8 bathrooms, added a sauna & wet room to the gym and divided the fully open plan ground floor into three areas to suit the family; retaining an open-plan kitchen/ dining area with new full width bronze doors onto the courtyard garden, a relaxed TV area complete with a undulating marble-clad fireplace and bespoke sofa to fit the whole family and a formal salon space for entertaining, including a pink onyx bar with bespoke bronze metalwork and custom mohair barstools.
Phase 2 is still in progress which includes finishing all of the furnishings, including multiple bespoke pieces. Photographs of the fully completed project with all furnishings are due to be shot in 2024.
