This grade II listed 3 bed, 3 bath duplex flat serves as this internationally based family’s pied-à-terre. Our aim was to reinstate the property’s original architectural features including coving, internal doors and balustrade which had been stripped out by the previous owners and fuse them with a fresh, contemporary design fit for the family’s modern needs. We designed; custom joinery for each space to maximise the small footprint, 2 refined bathrooms with custom vanities and unique stonework and a beautiful yet functional kitchen for the keen cooks.
We reconfigured the 1st floor to create a connecting kitchen & dining space for entertaining, which can be closed off by custom pocket Crittall doors and enlarged the primary bedroom and en-suite on the 2nd floor for a more comfortable space for the couple who frequent most often, with two smaller bedrooms and shower room for their grown up children.
A full FF&E package including window treatments, custom bar cabinetry, styling and artwork was included.
